Born and raised in Boston’s historic North End—where she still proudly resides—Toni Gilardi brings over four decades of unmatched real estate expertise, local knowledge, and trusted relationships to her clients. A cornerstone of the North End/Waterfront market, Toni owned and operated Landmark Realty for 31 years, consistently ranking among the area’s top-producing agents.

Deeply rooted in her community, Toni has long been committed to preserving and enhancing the neighborhood she calls home. She has served as an elected official on the North End/Waterfront Neighborhood Council and as Vice President of the NECC. In addition, Toni served on the Pastoral Council of St. Leonard’s Church, where she led the revitalization of the beloved Peace Garden, restoring it as a meaningful space for reflection and community connection.

A graduate of Suffolk University, Toni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Criminology & Law, along with a Master of Business Administration. Her success is built on a strong foundation of experience, market insight, and a deep understanding of her clients’ needs.

Now leading The Gilardi Group at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, Toni delivers the elevated, white-glove service synonymous with the Sotheby’s brand.
