Don’t forget the exterior as well. It is the first and last thing buyers see when viewing your home. Nicely potted plants, flowers or a freshly painted front door help make for a great impression.

Home Inspection: Hiring a professional inspector can be a great idea and potentially save you money in the end. An inspector can give you insight into what your home may need above and beyond what you see on the surface. Most buyers will hire an inspector during the offer process anyway so it may be fruitful to take care of any items or issues that will come up ensuring more of a smooth sale.

Maintaining Show Condition: Once professional photos have been taken and we have launched your home on the market for sale, it is important to maintain its pristine condition throughout the sale process. In addition to planned broker tours and open houses, showings can be requested at any time with shorter notice. In the interest of getting as many potential buyers to tour your home, it is important to keep it in tip top condition for all potential showings.
